Musings on cats, travel, gardens and life
As winter drags on and spring seems out of reach I’m already wishing for summer so I can revel in the garden
soak in the sunshine
and rest in the shade by the stream.

Oh what fun summer photos you have for us this week.
Thanks! It’s good to be reminded of summer in the garden! I can’t wait. ππ
And spring is only 60 days away!
I’ll try to hang on till then! π
Summer of any kind is a long way off here, so I am trying not to think about it yet. π
Best wishes, Pete.
The photo challenge reminded me of how wonderful summer is and sunshine really does exist. Something to look forward to! π
Hurray π A glimpse of sunshine π πΏ
Exactly! ππΉπ
Yes the summer garden is the best!π¦πΈπΌ
Yes indeed! I can’t wait! ππ
Well it was 11 yesterday and 17 today so even spring seems unlikely any time soon. Thanks for the reminder of what summer looks like.
Yikes! We’re in the fifties here but nothing but rain, rain and more rain. I’m already tired of it. It was nice to remember what summer is like.
I’m counting the days:) I enjoyed seeing your photos and thinking of the warm days ahead.
Thank you! I’d almost forgotten what summer is like! π
Almost not quite but soon to be “just around the corner!”
I suppose I’m a bit early but I can’t wait for sunshine and a garden in bloom! π
Just what I needed on this dreary, gray, wet, and chilly day in Portland! Can’t thank you enough.
So glad you enjoyed the reminder! π I needed it here too as we are looking at gray and rain all week.
I really love that last photo!
Thank you so much! π
