1. It’s so hot, I’d love to be on any beach.

   • Yes, a beach would be great! 🙂

2. Yes, a tropical getaway would be great – but I don’t plan to fly unless I have to – the idea of wearing a mask for 5-6 hours onboard makes it sound like a decidedly “un fun” experience!

   • I agree. I have no plans to fly anytime soon. That’s why I’m only dreaming of Oahu! 🙂

     • We were supposed to be in Athens today!

     • Oh, bummer! Well, maybe next year, huh? At least you have the good weather and palm trees to enjoy if only from your home! 🙂

     • We are going to go next summer – gives us a lot of time to plan a great adventure!

     • Great! Half the fun is in the planning!

   • Ah sorry Pete. Hopefully you made it to similar locations closer to your part of the world, places I will never see. Unfortunately it’s only a dream for most of us these days during the pandemic.

5. So pretty! That middle photo makes me want to draw a tree! Did you do this post with the new Block method?

   • Thanks! The middle picture was taken in the Waimea Valley arboretum! And yes, I’ve been doing all my posts using the new Block Editor for the last couple of weeks. I’m getting used to it and almost like it! 🙂

6. I live on O’ahu! I hate to say this but I miss the beaches when quarantine was happening, it was less crowded, monk seals and turtles got to bask in the sun without being bothered, which unfortunately since quarantine ended there has been quite a few reports of people harassing the monk seals already.

   • Oh lucky you to live on O’ahu! 🙂 I understand what you mean about the less crowded beaches and other natural spaces. It’s so sad that people have to harass the wildlife. I hate to see that happen. 😦
