Benji – from the Roof

“Sometimes I don’t think I know you, Benji.”

“What do you mean, Sue?”

“I mean you there – up on the roof. It’s unnerving. Please come down.”

“Relax, Sue. I gotta keep an eye on things. Who else is going to do it?”

“I don’t know, Benji. But you look like some kind of wild animal.”

“Sorry, Sue. I’m the same old Benji, but I’m still a cat; I do have some secrets.”

“Now leave me alone, would you? You’re blowing my cover.”

“Sorry, Benji.”

  1. So true ! Unnerving as it is for us humans it’s part of why we love them !

  2. Too funny. They are rascals, always trying to explore something new. As long as they don’t get into trouble which ours does sometimes. Then she’s always quite embarrassed.

    • Benji loves the roof and uses it as a shortcut to get from the front door to the back. I don’t like it, but it seems to work for him! 🙂

  3. That’s a good vantage point for a cat, and he can jump off without hurting himself. (Unlike us)
    Well done, Benji. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

    • Thanks, Pete. I don’t exactly like him up there but nothing I can do it about it. He uses it as a shortcut to get from the front porch to the back. easily jumping from the corner of the roof to our back deck. Fearless and quite the athlete! 🙂
