Musings on cats, travel, gardens and life
Every morning after I wake up and feed the cats, I make my coffee and retreat to my office.
And every morning, when he’s done eating, Benji joins me on my lap.
While I muse, he sleeps.
Unaware that I’m admiring his kitty paws.

How precious. That’s my morning routine, as well- only Sushi claims my lap and gets upset with me when I move! πΉ
Yes, it does get challenging, drinking coffee, managing a kitty on my lap, and reading at the same time! π
Yes it does- and if I dare to move Sushi off my lap to refill my coffee, she hisses and growls!!πΉAll Cattitude, that one!
He’s so cute! βΊοΈ
Thanks so much! π

Benji is so sweet and looks so cuddly π
Thanks so much. π He is indeed!
I adore your routine! And I’m enamored with your cat. We had a tabby that looked similar, his name was Truman, and I miss him like the dickens! Hugs, C
Aw thank you so much! I’m rather enamored with him myself. π
Such sweet little feet.
Yes indeed! π»π»
Such a sweet little guy. Looks like he’s in the lap of luxury.
Yes, he’s a sweetie, and occasionally a rascal!
Toe beans!! Too cute!!

Cats (and dogs) love a routine as much as many of us do. He looks completely content in your home.
(Or should that be ‘his home’? π )
Best wishes, Pete.
We do have our morning rituals, don’t we? And he has agreed to share the home with us, and I my office with him. π π
Kitty toes! Other than kitty tummies, I can’t think of anything more charming – or dangerous! – that I want to tickle! Benji’s look very inviting.
Kitty toes are wonderful, though I agree off limits! π Tummies are indeed charming and also full of risk! π π
Aw, so sweet lying there π» β€
A sweet tangle of kitty feet! π
Kitty feet are the best! π
Yes indeed! π
Yeah, he loves your lap now, but come summer, he will seek cooler napping spots. My lap buddies probably save me $$$ on my heating bill.
He usually starts out with me, often waiting for me to get up and leave the chair to him! But he has other spots to nap, many are secret!
That sounds like mornings for me and Benny! He announces loudly at 7:15-7:30, each morning feeding time.
They do communicate clearly, don’t they? π π
Yes indeed!
