Celebrating #Tulips at Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival

Is there anything more wonderful than walking among fields of tulips?

We did that yesterday at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn, Oregon.

It was marvelous.

And just in case you didn’t get the message –

Sharing one of my favorite places with this week’s Sunday Stills Challenge, hosted by Debbie from Between the Lines- here and linking to “The-Flower-Hour – here.

  1. It is always breathtaking to see so many of them in one place at the same time. I really understand why you love that so much.

    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. You picked a great time to visit there, Susanne! You caught them in that lovely, almost-open state. It was 2 years ago early April when we visited. Im hoping my tulips wait until we get home!

    • It was wonderful! They’re blooming earlier this year, I think. We’ve managed to stop by a few times on the way home from various road trips and always enjoy it!

  3. Stunning. What a beautiful array of colours. Absolutely gorgeous.

  4. So pretty. I didn’t make it to any tulip fields this year. I’d love to visit the ones in Northern washington. I’ve been to the Wooden Shoe farm before but we didn’t get there this year.

    • Thank you. 🌷☺️ We visited Wooden Shoe on our way home from a road trip. We always enjoy it. I think the tulip festival runs for a few more weeks.
