It works well, Susanne, especially the dog photo. Did you take them in B&W, or alter them later?
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks Pete. I was surprised when the first two pictures came looking black and white due to the cloudy conditions that day. I took the last one with the dog (my favorite) the next day when the weather was better and altered it for this challenge.
These are great pictures!
Thanks so much. π
Black and white can really add another dimension to photos…great shots!
Thanks John! We were there last winter when things were stormy and the pictures reflect that! The first two came out looking black and white as a result. I tweaked the last picture which was taken on a nicer day.
I thought that looked like Canon Beach. Awe-Inspiring photos for this week. Thanks for playing along.
Thanks so much Cee! I enjoy your photography and photo challenges! And there’s nothing like the Oregon Coast for ‘awe-inspiring!’ Thanks also for following my blog. π I really appreciate it.
That place is in my bones. I sometimes dream I am back walking on the beach there.
The Oregon Coast is truly special and Cannon Beach symbolizes it all! π
They are so magical!
Thanks so much! π
I especially like the dog photo. I was thinking how cool it would be for the owner of the dog to have that, and it reminded me that when I was in my early 20s I lived in the Monterey Bay area, and we had a cat that would follow us down the beach like a little dog! He had a collar with a bell on it and we got a lot of reactions from people when they saw him.
How fun! π I like the dog too. I remember he was so happy to be out and about, running free on the beach, and he blended in nicely with the scenery too! π
Yes he looks like a perfect silhouette. While I was writing my comment it occurred to me that I am a totally different βcat momβ than I was back then! Foster running free on the beach…I donβt think so! π
Yeah, I can’t see Benji and Tiger running freely on the beach either! ππ±
