The smoky skies made for some interesting sunrises,
sunsets,
and moonrises too.
But after a long, dry, summer in the Pacific Northwest, it’s good to be back to normal:
Cloudy with a chance of rain.

Nice Moon and Sun captures, Susanne. Were they taken at 200 mm zoom on your RX 10, or have you now got a camera with a longer lens?

Thanks Pete, I appreciate it. 🙂 Yes, I used RX10, for the sunrise and moonrise. I think I used my phone for the other two.

Have the fires stopped?
There have been so many it’s hard to know. There are probably some still burning but the smoke seems to be gone here now that the rain has arrived.
