Musings on cats, travel, gardens and life
“Who me, Sue? I don’t feel that old.”

“Yes, you, Tiger! According to the doctor. She said 18 cat years is like 100 human years, never mind what the charts say.”
“No wonder I’m so tired.”

“She said you look pretty good for your age, and I think so too.”

“Thanks, Sue, but it’s time for my nap. Would you close the door on your way out?”

“Sure will, Tiger.”
We took Tiger to a new vet this week; no wonder he has so many issues, he’s an old man!
We’re awaiting the results of lab work, but regardless of the outcome, we’ll keep Tiger as happy and comfortable for as long as we can.
Annie, the oldest cat I ever had, made it to 21 and she let us know when it was time to help her over the Rainbow Bridge.

Tiger will let us know, too.

Looking great for 100 🐾🐾🥰
Thank you! I think so too! 🙂
Stay strong, Tiger!
Thank you! 😻
Sending Tiger (and you and his new vet) purrs and purrayers and Power of the Paw !
Aw thank you! Labs were decent so he should have more time! 🥰
“Tiger, Tiger, burning bright…”
He looks in great nick, Susanne!
Thanks, Graham. Not too bad for an oldtimer! And his labs came back ok too so I expect he’ll be with us a while. 😻
💕💕
Tiger looks pretty good for his age. I hope the lab results show he’s doing as well as he appears to be!
Thanks, Sarah. His labs were pretty good so he should be with us a while. 😻 We started giving him gabapentin for pain, and it seems to be helping him.
He has aged very gracefully and still looks great for his advanced years. I hope he keeps going for a long time yet.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete. His labs came back pretty good. We started him on gabapentin which has helped with pain, so he’s sleeping better through the night and seems quite content. I think he’ll be with us for a while, yet! 🙂
Hooray for that! 🐈
Yes! 😻😻
Tiger looks incredible!
Thank you! Not bad for an oldtimer! 😺
He’s so adorable! My family had a cat that was born when I was in 3rd grade and lived to be about 21, as well.
Thank you! 🙂
