Benji Makes Quarantine Fun!

I, like you,  have been in quarantine – staying at home – sheltering in place – or whatever else you want to call it.

But it was only the last 8 days that I ACTUALLY stayed at home as I’ve been nursing a head cold (or was it a mild case of coronavirus – who can know for sure?)

Whatever it was,  I am thankfully over the hump and will soon be qualified to leave the house again, if only occasionally for necessities.

In the meantime you may have noticed I’ve been blogging more than usual.  You may also have noticed that Benji has been featured more often as well.

I can’t help it.

Yesterday I found him in my bag…

where undeterred by my hysterical laughter,

he settled down for a nap.

Benji makes quarantine fun.

  1. I love you and Benji. Happy you are feeling better. And, have you ever thought of writing a children’s book about the adventures of Benji? You should.

    • Thank you for your comment! I really appreciate it! I have occasionally thought about writing a book, but it seems rather daunting. Maybe now’s the time since we have all this time on our hands? 🙂

  2. Benji is hilarious! I think having a blog and reading others’ blogs does help out when we are “sheltering in place”. And especially if there are cats involved😂

  3. He is so ready to leave the house. Having abandoned his hope of leaving in the camper, he has accepted another conveyance!

  4. I’m glad you have felt well enough to blog and enjoy Beni’s antics. I hope your recovery is complete soon – while Benji’s antics and sweet disposition continues. What a great sheltering-in-pace friend!

    • Oh thanks so much for your comment. I feel so much better, and even managed a quick trip to the grocery store yesterday (wearing a homemade mask for the first time too!)
